General FAQ

Parents do not need to purchase tickets if they are only supervising. If you intend on participating in activities, then you’ll need to purchase a jump ticket. We welcome all ages!

Most activities will be available for all ages to play together but there are certain areas that will have age or height restrictions for safety purposes (signs will be posted). We also offer a Toddler Area for those under 42”. Jumpers above 42” are not allowed in this area except for accompanying adults. Toddlers still have access to the entire park and are not restricted to just the toddler area.

No, once your waiver is filled out, it stays in our system and can be used for all future visits! We recommend completing the waiver in advance to speed up the check-in process.

You are welcome to purchase tickets online or in store. We highly recommend purchasing tickets online to reserve the time slot you prefer and to speed up the check-in process.

We require the use of trampoline socks that are designed with special grips on the bottom to avoid slipping. Jump socks are washable and can be reused for future visits!

No, outside food and drinks are not permitted.

No, admission gives jumpers access to all activities in our facility except for arcade games.

Glow Light starts at 6PM everyday until close. Glow-in-the-dark shirts are not required to participate.

Party FAQ

Hosts should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to provide adequate time to check-in, review waivers for guests, and account for possible wait times.

You’ll have access to the party room 30 minutes after your reservation begins. As soon as the room is ready, your Party Host will escort you in and be happy to assist with anything you need to make the celebration special.

You are welcome to bring your own food and nonalcoholic beverages. Please be mindful when bringing in extra food as room time is limited.

Please reach out to us for any food allergies and to discuss options. You are allowed to bring your own food for anyone with allergies as well!

We allow for wall banners, table covers, plates and balloons. We do NOT allow Party Poppers, Confetti or Silly Strings – a $50 cleanup fee will be charged if these are used.

Additional jump time can be purchased for those who want to jump longer, please inquire with your Party Host!
